Taylor-Ann has been an active member of her community of Ladera Ranch for 9 years now, and enjoys helping people find "home".   Her core values are those she has carried over from her career in the United States NAVY: Honor, Courage and Commitment.  

Born and raised in Southern California, Taylor-Ann knows the area well, and all that it has to offer her clients. As a realtor, she makes it her priority to educate her clients in the home buying process and she is there for them every step of the way, making it as stress-free as possible. Taylor-Ann goes above and beyond to meet her clients' needs in finding their home. 

When Taylor-Ann is not making home ownership dreams come true for clients, she enjoys spending time doing fun outdoor activities with her family (mountain biking, surfing at the beach, and going to baseball games), hanging out with friends and watching her sons play sports. She also volunteers her time with the local Cub Scout Pack 689 and Boy Scout Troop 787.  She also raises funds for JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation).  She  is on the PTA Board at Oso Grande Elementary School, and she enjoys helping out in the kids' classrooms.  

Taylor-Ann lives with her husband Rob, three sons (Ryan, Chase and Grant.
